I'm not here to put this particular limo company on blast, but I'm genuinely wondering it's an industry standard for limo companies to simply shake off horrible service and offer nothing in the way of refunds or credits towards future rides, (not even an apology) in exchange for uncomfortable rides and incompetent drivers. We all make mistakes, but the companies that I do business with are the ones that can acknowledge their shortcomings and do their best to save future business.
If anyone needs specifics I have plenty. I'm just curious to see what the other limo company owners offer if anything when they fail to deliver as promised.
